No. Anyone can browse rooms and profiles. You need a free account to message people and save listings.

Yes. Listing filters include pets allowed, couples welcome, furnished, a private bathroom, bills or internet included, near the metro and women-only or men-only households. On Find a roommate you can filter people by lifestyle tags, including non-smoker, pet-friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly.

It's part of your profile. Switch it on in your settings and add your budget, preferred neighbourhoods and move-in date. People with a room can then find you under Find a roommate and message you first.

It compares what you and the other side have both filled in, such as lifestyle tags, smoking, pets, budget, area and move-in date. Anything either of you left blank is skipped rather than guessed. It's a guide, not a guarantee, so always meet first.

Create a free account and confirm your email, then choose List your property. Add photos, the rent, deposit and bills, the move-in date and a few words about the household. Your listing goes live as soon as you publish it.

Nothing. Searching, posting a listing and messaging are all free, with no agency fee or commission. You agree the rent and deposit directly with each other.

No. The map on your listing shows an approximate area of a few hundred metres, not the building. You decide when to share the exact address, for example when you arrange a viewing.

Archive the listing from My listings. It leaves the search results straight away, so nobody keeps asking about it.

Use RentBee's messages. Your email is never shown, and your phone number only appears to signed-in users if you switch that on in your settings. Contact details written in ads and profiles are hidden from visitors who aren't signed in.

Every account has to confirm its email address, contact details are hidden from visitors who aren't signed in, and messaging limits keep spammers out. You can report or block any listing or user, and our team reviews every report. The golden rule: never pay anything before you've seen the place and met the person.

Choose Report this listing or Report this user on the listing or profile page and tell us what's wrong. Reports are private: the person isn't told who sent them. You can also block someone so they can no longer message you.

Yes. The whole site is available in Bulgarian and English: switch languages from the menu at the top.

Go to Settings and choose Delete my account. It permanently deletes your account, listings, photos, messages and saved items.
