Looking for a room
Search
Pick a city and set your budget, area and must-haves. Switch to the map to see where each place is.
Shortlist
Save the places you like so you can come back to them later.
Message the owner
Sign in and ask your questions through RentBee. Your email stays private and you decide when to share your phone number.
Arrange a viewing
Agree on a time and place directly with the owner in your conversation.
Agree and move in
Never pay before you've seen the place. Put the terms in writing with our free rental templates.
Letting a room or a flat
Create a free account
Sign up and confirm your email address.
Post your listing
Add photos, the rent, deposit and bills, and who already lives there. Pin the place on the map: visitors see the area, not your exact address.
Reply to messages
Answer messages on RentBee and open each person’s profile to see who they are.
Choose who moves in
Meet people in person, then agree the terms in writing with our rental templates.
Close the listing
Once the room is taken, archive the listing from My listings so it leaves the search results.
Looking for a roommate
Fill in your profile
Add a photo, a few lines about yourself and lifestyle tags such as non-smoker, early riser or pet-friendly.
Post a “room wanted”
Share your budget, preferred neighbourhoods and move-in date so people with a room can find you and write first.
Browse people
Filter by city and lifestyle, and check the match score to see who fits.
Say hello
Message the people you like, meet up and take it from there.
